4. Delivery Policy

We strive for on-time delivery, but unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, logistics) may occur.
Bulk orders for events or corporates should be booked in advance to ensure timely delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for replacement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Bulk Booking
Bulk orders for temples, events, retailers, and corporates are accepted.
Custom branding/labeling is available on prior request.
Minimum order quantities and special pricing will be communicated during booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, and content on Pride Aqua’s platforms are owned by us and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pride Aqua is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products.
